Wyatt, you have changed so much from turning 1 to now turning 2!

The world is at your fingertips and you embrace each new experience that comes your way with energy and enthusiasm. That is to say, you run EVERYWHERE, usually with a big smile plastered on your face. 

You sit in a booster seat at the table now and use a fork, knife, and spoon, eating from a plate, instead of a bowl. You really don't need sippy cups, but you still get them to save on spills.

  

Your vocabulary increases by the day. As I post this, you regularly say words like Mum, Dad, Sis, Fly, Tractor, Drink, Milk, Cheese, Woof, Cow, Duck, Bah (Bear) Bump-Bump, Owww, Owl, Truck, Moose, Hawk, Sic (popsicle), Toast, Down, Shoes, Boots, Hat...I've put myself on the spot trying to list them all at once and am drawing a blank on a few more! Life is becoming much clearer now that you can communicate, even shaking your head yes and no has made a big difference!

Sleeping in a big boy bed for almost 6 months now, you think its great fun to climb into Sissy's cot and have a play at being the baby. You can hitch your trailer to your tractor, you draw lovely pictures on the easel, on paper, on the walls, on yourself or your sister. You are very social and love playing with your cousins and friends.

You're very resourceful, dragging your toddler chair to whatever location requires a boost. This enables you stick your hand in the butter dish, to chop vegetables with mum's knife she's left out on the counter, to grab pens, cold coffee, glasses of coke, climb into dad's tractor, climb the fence...whatever! As I stated at the start of this post, the world is at your fingertips whether it lands there or you put yourself there! Its going to be another very exciting year for you, Wyatt.
